Brown half leather over marbled boards with marbled pastedowns and endpapers. 5 raised bands to the spine with the titles in gilt. 13 full page engravings. 507 pages. Considerable edgewear and rubbing to the covers. Remains of a bookplate to the front pastedown. Previous owners stamp to the back free endpaper. Lacking front free endpaper. Light soiling to page edges. 2 tears to the side edge of the front endpaper. A number of pages creased to the top and bottom corners. Else a very good copy.
